eastwood skatepark

like this spot?

Spot Description:

Eastwood Skatepark is a local skate park located close to downtown houston. Has the usual stuff to skate ...flat bars, pyramids, ledges, miniramps, etc... Also there's some street spots around the park itself. This place also has a basketball court, some swings, a pool and other park like stuff. Also ... every now and then you might see someone fight over something trivial at the basketball court too .... thats always fun to watch... go skate.

Obstacle Types:

  • Flat Bar, Rails, Manual Pad, Miniramp, Pyramid

joe jamail skatepark

like this spot?

Spot Description:

Joe Jamail skate park is one of the newer skateparks in Houston, Texas. I think this park is kind of special because it is the first legit concrete skatepark of Houston. However, to some people this park just sucks because you have to wear a helmet... Don't nothing else matter... It has a pretty cool set up with: handrails, gaps, stairs and hella transition. The park is usually very crowded during the weekends. If you want to catch a decent sesh you probably want to come here during morning on a school day. Whatever the case you should definitely check out the first downtown Houston skatepark atleast once.

Obstacle Types:

  • Flat Bar, Rails, Manual Pad, Transition, Bowls, Gaps,

rugstore manual pad

like this spot?

Spot Description:

This is a pretty sick manual pad set up to skate ... possibly one of the best manny pads to get in some good ole houston skateboarding in. I've seen some people throw hella technical manny tricks at this spot. Feel free to post up any footy you've got on here before.... be awesome to see what kind of tricks everyone else who've skated this spot managed to get.

Obstacle Types:

  • Stairs, Manual Pad, Gap

meyerland plaza manual pad

like this spot?

Spot Description:

Just an alright sized manual pad over here. This spot is pretty secluded from the rest of the plaza so you can probably sneak a session here while security is busy riding their horse around the parking lot.

Fun fact- I've out run security on horse back here before.... guess the horse is probably tired from hauling the rent a pig around all day.

Obstacle Types:

  • Manual Pad

meyer park

like this spot?

Spot Description:

Meyer Park has cool spots to skate but security here is a bish. This is the kind of spot where you gotta hide your board, sneak past security and just go with a first try mind set. You're probably only going to get a handful of tries but this spot has some pretty interesting obstacles to skate.

Obstacle Types:

  • Gaps, Manual Pad, Rails

Location: Unconfirmed
